200 M RUN

15 GOODMORNINGS (PVC)

15 OVERHEAD SQUAT (PVC)

MOBILITY PREP (10 MINS)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:

12 Power Snatches, 95/65 lbs

12 Push-ups

 

4.

Every 1 min for 12 mins, alternating between:

10 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs

20 AbMat Sit-ups

10 burpee over bar

 

5.

2 sets not timed:

20 wall balls

20 back extensions
