MOBILITY PREP (10 MINS)

4 rounds, each round for time, of:

12 Hang Power Cleans, 95/65 lbs

9 Front Rack Lunges, 95/65 lbs

6 Toes-to-bars

Run, 200 m

 

4.

Back Squat EMOM

Minutes 1-5: 5 Reps

Minutes 6-10: 3 Reps

Minutes 11-15: 1 Rep

Every 5 minutes increase the weight for your Back Squats. During the last five minutes you may increase each minute to a heavy single.
