EMOM 10-minute Snatches:(10 sets)

2 position power snatch – (floor and mid hang.)

5 pull ups

15 Deadlifts, 225/155

30 Alternating  Lunges

 

6.

2 sets for max effort:

weighted plank hold 45/25

1 arm hang (l/r)
