400 m Run

100 m Overhead Plate Carry, 45/25 lbs,

15 Burpees

10  Dips, (Ring/ bar/bench)

Rom wod (15 mins)

 

3.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:

12 Push ups (hr)

12 Toes-to-bars

40 Double Unders

 

3.

2 sets:

800 m run

max bar hang

500 m row

rest as needed between sets.
