2 sets:

200 m run

15 kettlebell swings

15 goblet squats

 

2.

Upper body mobility (10 mins)

 

3.

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes. (5 sets)

Set 1 – 10 Push press @ 50%

Set 2 – 10 push press  @ 50%

Set 3 – 5 push press @ 65%

Set 4 – 5 push press @ 75%

Set 5 – 5 push press @ 85%

 

4.

As many rounds as possible 12 minutes:

4 shoulder press 75/55

8 sumo deadlift

12 front squat

 

5.

2 sets:

12 band Tricep press down

max l-sit hold
