15 goblet squats

15 push ups

thruster mobility prep (10 mins)

 

3.

every 2 mins for 10 mins (5 sets)

6 thrusters (work up to a heavy 6)

 

4.

3 rounds for time of:

30 Push-ups

20 Front Squats, 115/75 lbs

20 Push Press, 115/75 lbs

30 Sit-ups

 

5.

2 sets:

20 back extensions

30 second side plank (l/r)
