20 step ups (alt)

hamstring mobility prep (10 mins)

 

3.

5 rounds for time of:

9 Deadlifts, 135/95 lbs

6 Hang Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs

3 Front  Squats, 135/95 lbs

 

4.

Every 1 min for 15 mins, alternating between:

8 Sumo Deadlifts, 60% 1RM

Hollow Hold, 45 secs

10 Toes-to-bars
