10 DB hammer curl to press

10 bent over db rows

10 db Arnold press

mobility prep : upper body (10 mins)

3 rft:

5 DB Lunges (l/r)

5 DB Front squat

5 DB Reverse lunges (l/r)

5 DB CLean & Jerk

200 m run

 

4.

Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:

Handstand Hold, 30 secs

10  DB Push Press
