10 db front squat (light)

10 db push press

10 sit ups (conventional)

mobility prep (10 mins)

 

3.

amrap x 12 mins

20 sa overhead lunges 50/35

20 goblet squats 50/35

20 push ups

 

4.

Every 1 min for 20 mins, alternating between:

Run, 200 m

5 Power Cleans, 1x bodyweight

Run, 200 m

8 Back Squats, 1 x bodyweight
