25 (RUS) Kettlebell Swings, 53/36 lbs

10 Burpees

MOBILITY PREP (10 MINS)

 

4.

Every 1 min for 15 mins, alternating between:

15 Toes-to-bars

20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches, 45/25

50 Double Unders

 

5.

For total time:

2 x 800 rest 2 min between intervals,

2 x 400m rest 90 sec between intervals
