Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:

10 Clean & Jerks, 95/65

Run, 200 m

 

4.

Every 1 min for 8 mins, alternating between:

5 Shoulder Press, 95/65

Hollow Body Hold, 30 secs

2  SETS:

20 BAND PULL APARTS

MAX L-SIT HOLD

REST AS NEEDED BETWEEN SETS.
