15 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

20 Burpees

15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 95/65 lbs

Every 1 min for 15 mins, alternating between:

30 sec, Side Plank (l/r)

2 Turkish Get-ups

30 sec, Single Leg Glute Bridge (l/r)
