200 M RUN

15 PUSH UPS

30 SEC PLANK HOLD

30 SEC  DEAD HANG

 

2.

OVERHEAD MOBILITY PREP (10 MINS)

 

3.

Every 2 min for 10 mins, (5 sets):

Set 1-2: 5 Shoulder Press @ 60%

Set 3-4: 10 Shoulder Press @ 67 %

Set 5:   As many reps as possible Shoulder press @ 67 %

 

4.

Every 1 min for 6 mins, alternating between: 

Superman Hold, 30 secs

Barbell Hold Overhead, 30 secs

 

5.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:

Run, 200 m

8 Push Press 95/65
