DEADLIFT MOBILITY PREP (10 MINS)

Every 2 min for 10 mins, (5 sets):

Set 1-2: 5 Deadlift @ 60%

Set 3-4: 10 Deadlift @ 67 %

Set 5:   As many reps as possible Deadlift @ 67 %

Every 1 min for 8 mins, alternating between:

5 Romanian Deadlift

8 Strict Pull-up

For time:

50 Clean & Jerks, 95/65
