2 SETS:

200 M RUN

10  DB GOBLET SQUATS (2 SECOND PAUSE)

20 DB DEADBUGS

SQUAT FIX (10 MINS)

 

3.

Every 2 min for 10 mins, (5 sets):

Set 1: 5 Back Squats @ 50%

Set 2: 3 Back Squats @ 60 %

Set 3: 1 Back Squats @ 70%

Set 4: 1 Back Squats @ 70%

Set 5: As many reps as possible Back Squats @ 75%

 

4.

Every 1 min for 8 mins, alternating between:

12 Thrusters, 75/55 lbs

Plank Hold, 40 secs

 

5.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:

4 Hang Power Cleans, 95/65

4 Push Press

4 Back Rack Barbell Lunges,
