200 m run

15 push ups (hr)

30 mountain climbers

mobility prep ( 10 mins)

 

4.

Every 2 min for 10 mins, (5 sets):

Set 1: 5 Shoulder Press @ 50%

Set 2: 3 Shoulder Press  @ 60 %

Set 3: 1 Shoulder Press @ 70%

Set 4: 1 Shoulder Press @ 70%

Set 5: As many reps as possible Shoulder Press @ 75% (10+)

 

5.

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps, for time of:

Push Press, 115/85 lbs

Kettlebell Swing (Russian), 53/44 lbs

 

6.

Tabata: Push-up

The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals.

Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.
