200 M Run

12 KB High Pull + goblet squat

12 alt Bird dogs

30 sec wall sit

 

2.

Squat mobility prep (10 mins)

 

3.

Every 2 mins for 10 mins: (5 sets)

3 Back Squat, ( Start @ 60% and work up to a heavy 3 )

 

4.

Every 1 min for 8 mins, alternating between:

8 Thrusters, 95/65

20 sec static lunge hold (l/r)

 

5.

3 rounds for time of:

12 Push Press, 95/65 lbs

10 Barbell Lunges, 95/65 lbs

8 Hang Power Cleans, 95/65 lbs

 

6.

2 sets not for time:

10 goodmornings

10 strict toes to bar
