2 sets:

200 m run

10 goblet squats

30 sec weighted flutter kick

 

2.

front squat mobility prep (10 mins)

 

3.

E2MOM X 10 MINS (5 sets)

8 Front Squats( Start @ 50% and work to a heavy 8)

 

4.

Every 1 min for 9 mins, alternating between:

L Sit (Hanging), 20 secs

5 pause Thrusters, (2 sec bottom pause)

20 Hollow Rocks

 

5.

21-15-9 reps, for time of:

Push Press, 95/65 lbs

Burpee
