1.

2 sets:

200 m run

10 push ups + shoulder taps

1:00 min plank hold

 

2.

overhead mobility prep (10 mins)

 

3.

E2MOM X 10 MINS (5 sets)

8 Push Press ( Start light and work to a heavy 8 )

 

4.

Every 1 min for 8 mins, alternating between:

Barbell Hold (Overhead), 30 secs

Air Squats, 30 secs

 

5.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:

Run, 200 m

3 Deadlifts, 115/85 lbs

5 Hang Power Cleans, 115/85 lbs

7 Push Jerks, 115/85 lbs
