200 m Run

10 toe touch air squats

10 k2e

 

2.

Front squat mobility prep (10 mins)

 

3.

E2MOM X 10 MINS (5 sets)

6 Front Squats ( Start light and work to a heavy 6 )

 

4.

Every 1 min for 8 mins, alternating between:

6 Thrusters

45 sec wall sit

 

5.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 mins of:

9 Pull-ups

3 Power Cleans, 115/85 lbs

6 Shoulder-to-Overheads

9 Back Squats

 

6.

2 sets:

30 sec side plank (l/r)

20 hollow rocks
