200 m Run

15 KB High pull

30 sec hanging tuck hold

 

2.

hang power snatch technique/ mobility (10 mins)

 

3.

E2MOM X 10 MINS (5 sets)

6 Hang Power Snatch ( start light and work up)

 

4.

Every 1 min for 8 mins, alternating between:

6 Hang Snatch High Pulls,

15 Sit ups

 

5.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:

6 Pull-ups

7 Push Press, 95/65 lbs

8 Kettlebell Swings, 70/53 lbs
