AMRAP in 4 mins of:

5 Burpees

10 DB Snatch 50/35

15 Toes to Bar

 

Rest 2 mins between each cycle.

For each cycle restart the AMRAP.

Mobility prep (10 mins)

 

5.

4 rounds for time of:

Run, 200 m

Plank Hold, 1 min

Bar Hang, 30 secs

Hollow Hold, 30 secs

Wall sit , 1 min
