LEVEL 1 CROSSFIT:
The class is geared towards beginners to intermediate level athletes and focuses on the fundamentals of crossfit. Each member is responsible for working at their own intensity levels. We will help you develop Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscle Stamina, Coordination, Balance, Speed, Agility, Strength, Power, Accuracy & Flexibility. This is the same program that we use on civilians who wish to enter the military, law enforcement, firefighting, and first responder training. We have also used this same style of training with many of our high school sports teams and physical education classes, helping them stay in top shape during the off season.
LEVEL 2 CROSSFIT:
The class is geared towards intermediate and advanced level athletes.Our program has been broken down into 2 levels of fitness or capabilities. We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced skill levels.
This is a all level lifting class that focuses on the fundamental of olympic weightlifting and powerlifting. INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMING FOR ATHLETES AND COMPETITORS IS AVAILABLE.
Olympic-style weightlifting is the style of weightlifting contested at the Olympic Games. The events of weightlifting, or “lifts”, consist of snatch and clean and jerk these lifts test virtually all of the muscles in an athlete’s body (including but not limited to, the legs, the back. the shoulders, the arms, the grip and the core).
Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. It resembles the sport of Olympic weightlifting, as both disciplines involve lifting weights in three attempts.
SPEED. POWER. AGILITY. REACTION: this class is a sports specific class geared towards the high school, college or professional athlete that is looking to become stronger, faster, quicker and better conditioned for their sport.Our program also helps decrease injury potential, improves self confidence and raises self esteem.
Kettlebell bootcamp is a all level fun, challenging, and effective fitness program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic kettlebell training, all designed to get you the body you have been waiting for in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.
