    I mile run: 6:40
    5 ring dips.
    Only 2 pull ups without a band. I will try for three next week.

    Christine:

    3x 500 m rows
    36 deadlifts at 185lbs
    20 box jumps. the last round I did mostly step ups.
    Did not complete under 15:00.

    I received a lot of help from everyone in the class and I appreciate it.
